The City of Bellaire is throwing a little shindig for Independence Day, starting with a parade that kicks off at 9 in the morning—because nothing says 'freedom' like waking up early to watch people march down the street. Once you've soaked up the patriotic vibes and maybe caught a stray candy or two, stick around for the festival, where you can enjoy whatever snacks and entertainment they've got lined up to keep you occupied between fireworks and naps.
