Join for a couples' hands-on cooking class with special guest Letizia Mattiaci, the author of A Kitchen with a View, acclaimed food blogger, and world-renowned culinary expert. Participants will experience Umbria as they learn about the culture and traditions while making strangozzi alla norcina con tartufo and ciambelline allolio doliva e vino cookies.
