The best time of year is Halloween because that means The Houston Zombie Walk will be putting on their annual Houston Halloween Festival, which includes entertainment and activities for the entire family.

This colorful, annual free Houston community festival will have festive evening entertainment as well as a large kid's zone.

Bring your little pumpkins to the Zoo for photos in the pumpkin patch, trick-or-treating, costume parades and more.

Get ready to bubble, bubble, toil, and trouble during a weeklong celebration that will send shivers down your spine.

Fashion and fright come together in the season's most spooky fashion show at the Children's Museum of Houston.

Join in for great BBQ, fun in the pumpkin patch, pumpkin decorating, and an opportunity to bid on some priceless treasures in the silent auction.

Part food festival, part music festival, CTC's "Fall Fest" is an excellent opportunity to bring a taste of Chicago to Houston area residents.

Energy Day is a free family festival consisting of nearly 70 interactive demonstrations and exhibits that teach students and their families about the various forms of energy and science, technology, engineering and mathematics that go into go into energy and STEM careers.
