There's a lined up in Spring, TX, which is within driving distance of Houston, on July 19, 2025. This two hour session aims to take participants from being a bit "wurst" with royal icing to feeling more like a grill master when it comes to cookie artistry. Kim and Heather will be there in person, ready to guide everyone through the essentials of sugar cookies, share their trusted royal icing and cookie recipes, and discuss clever strategies for decorating. All the necessary materials will be provided, so you just need to show up.

This class is a chance to learn from any "mis steaks" in a relaxed setting, focusing on decorating six cookies using four different icings. By the time the two hours are up, attendees should have a solid understanding of sugar cookie basics along with a few neat techniques to try out. It sounds like it will be a "grilly" enjoyable time for everyone involved.
