The Kanthaka App is the Uber for high vetted and certified trainers in Houston. Through the app, you can book a certified, insured, background checked and thoroughly vetted trainer with just a few clicks.
Kanthaka has been designed by fitness enthusiast and mom Sylvia to help start you on a journey towards a better lifestyle and a better you. This journey begins with matching you with a trainer who best suits your needs, with services including general training, boxing, yoga, pilates and even pre and post natal exercise.
So how does it work?
Itís simple! Download and open the app, choose your location, the date and time youíd like to train and pick a trainer!
You can see pictures of the various trainers, read their bios, view their certifications and reviews from other clients.
All of your sessions are recorded in a personal workout diary - you can add your usual trainer to your favorites list for easy access, or even switch trainers and continue where you left off.
As safety is one of the highest priorities, all trainers are screened, interviewed in person and background checked. Trainers are rated by clients following each session and if any trainer receives a rating below 4-stars, they will be removed from the Kanthaka roster.
Kanthaka offers packages and training to suit your schedule and budget, with 1 hour, 45 minute or 30 minute sessions available. With no minimum term or contracts to sign up to, itís flexible fitness at its best.
