Hi moms,
I am feeling super down because my son who has some physical special needs (he has a spinal issue which makes him slower with walking and running) finds it hard to make friends. Yesterday at the park he asked two boys to play with him but they kept running and I guess he couldnt keep up so they kind of ignored him which I understand they were just kids too. I find these moments so super tough, like my insides are being ripped out :(. He is in a private school and does get invited to birthdays but I feel like none of the kids are really his friends as they kind of have their own groups and hes not in any of them.
